ILO/SIYB Training
ILO-SIYB TOT Training and Training of enterpreneurs is one of the largest global business management training programmes of the International Labour Organization. The SIYB packages Four training packages cover the full entrepreneurship journey, from idea to growth.

Generate Your Business Idea (GYB): For potential entrepreneurs wanting to start a business but with no specific idea yet.

Start Your Business (SYB): Trains potential entrepreneurs to start a viable business through a step-by-step planning method.

Improve Your Business (IYB): A bundle of training modules for owners of small enterprises who want to improve their business.

Expand Your Business (EYB): Helps growth-oriented small enterprises to expand their business and create more and better jobs.
ILO/SIYB Training of Trainers
We offer a comprehensive Training of Trainers program aimed at enhancing the skills of trainers who will deliver ILO training packages. This program is particularly focused on aspects of entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
Our ILO Certification Programme for SIYB Trainers offers participants the opportunity to become certified trainers for the ILO SIYB training packages. TDI provides training of trainers in both content and methodological issues. It is a must for any trainer working for a public or private institution striving to make a real difference in the lives of new or existing entrepreneurs. It is based on the most recent versions of Generate Your Business Idea (GYB), Start Your Business (SYB) and Improve Your Business (IYB).
